In January, we welcomed Jana Adkins to the 1014 team as our new Finance Manager and Executive Associate!

Jana is a German native who brings a mix of both German and American cultures to 1014 with her. She is very excited to be part of the team since she always felt connected to places that celebrate German culture and appreciates the blend of German and American values. She is excited to bring this role to a new level, allowing her extended experience in non-profits to support the administrative side of things and further 1014’s mission!

Jana started her career with an apprenticeship in Office Management. She earned her degree in Business Administration followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Management. Outside of work, Jana loves spending time with her daughter and husband. She is passionate about organizing and transforming spaces into beautiful, functional areas. In addition to yoga and mindfulness, she values intentional living and creating calm in every aspect of life.
